Employee Issues - A broad overview of workplace issues facing managers and supervisors, including EEO Law, FMLA, Wrongful Discharge, Harassment Prevention and related compliance issues.

Performance Management - A presentation on coaching, counseling and developing performance improvement plans.  The presentation will lead to a discussion on making discharge decisions that are legally defendable, including developing the appropriate paper trail if the discharge culminates in litigation or compliance agency review.

Retention Initiatives - A presentation designed to be a reality check for supervisors and managers on how their interactions and communication styles impact on employee satisfaction and retention.  The presentation will also include ideas and techniques on improving satisfaction and the quality of the employees’ work life.
